Coronation Street have teased some big scenes next week – with one character’s return ‘sealed’.

Things have been going better for Fiz and Tyrone after all that happened with

her ex-partner Phil. She did move off the Cobbles for some time, but later returned and

reunited with Tyrone. The pair have a child each from previous relationships, but along with Tyrone’s recently returned mum Cassie, and Cassie’s mum Evelyn, they have made quite a family of themselves.

However, that could all soon be threatened as next week, Fiz finds out someone from Tyrone’s past could be back.

Viewers will remember that Tyrone ended up leaving Fiz three years ago so he could be with Alina, who arrived on the Cobbles an d worked at the factory after being human trafficked to the UK. When she left, she told Tyrone she was pregnant with his baby.

Could Tyrone’s former flame Alina be making a return?

Her and Tyrone split when he decided he wanted to be with Fiz. Heartbroken, she decided she would be heading back to Romania and planned to raise their child alone. In her final scenes, she left the Cobbles in a taxi and was never seen again.

However, it looks like she could be back very soon. Next week, in the cafe, Debbie and Rita are forced to tell Fiz that the leader of a human trafficking group in Romania is set to go on trial and Alina could be asked to appear as a witness. Will she be back – and will the past finally catch up with Tyrone and what troubles will it cause for his relationship?

When she departed the Cobbles, actress Ruxandra Porojnicu posted a tribute to her colleagues.

She wrote: “And that’s a wrap on Corrie! Thanks to everyone who encouraged and supported me. It meant so much. I worked with some of the finest people, who are not only extremely talented but very humble and caring. They made me feel welcome and a part of this beautiful family. TA EVERYONE! People up north are well nice.”

Back in 2022, there was another mention of Alina. When Tyrone said he wanted to try a new skill, he signed up to taekwondo classes. As she started to tell everyone his plan, thinking it was hilarious, Sean soon reminded everyone that when Tyrone joined a yoga class, that was when things started going south for them and ended up falling in love with Alina.
