Since returning to the programme, Kim has been the owner of Home Farm for several years while she later married Will Taylor (Dean Andrews).
Over the past few months, Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly) has been plotting to take Kim down.

Their scheme has even included Rose impersonating Kim.

On a more sinister note, the newcomer has also framed Kim for spiking Dawn’s drink – Rose’s own estranged daughter.
Although viewers know Rose was responsible – having paid off a dealer – she slyly staged an intervention to make it appear Kim was at fault.
Dawn declared she was moving out and taking her kids with her – believing they wouldn’t be safe around Kim.
However, the iconic character decided to pack her own bags and check into a local B&B – despite being the owner of Home Farm.

Fans have been left wondering why Kim would concede the property to Will and his family without putting up a fight.
