Actor Daniel Brocklebank popular for essaying Billy Mayhew on Coronation Street is currently enjoying a well-deserved vacation. He has taken a break from filming for his role on the soap and has swapped the UK for the sun-lit skies of the Caribbean. However, when the star posted some of his pictures from his holiday on social media, fans took notice of something that could be cause for some worry.

“Get back to nature wherever possible. Vitamin D is our friend,” Daniel Brocklebank wrote in his caption as he shared a selfie against the backdrop of the beautiful Caribbean beach. However, the response he got from his fans is something that the Billy actor may never have anticipated. Diligent fans took notice of Daniel’s complexion in the selfies and urged the star to be a little careful.

The Coronation Street actor’s fans felt that the actor looked a little sunburnt. “You need some aloe Vera on that sunburn,” a concerned fan wrote in the comments of his post. Meanwhile, another one suggested that Daniel should take a swim in the sea as it is very healing. “Organic olive oil while sunbathing swim in the sea to heal then shower and apply Organic argan oil on skin xx.” the fan explained.

We hope Daniel takes all the well-meaning advice into consideration while he recovers from the intense scenes that he recently filmed for Corrie. Fans are still in awe of how well he portrayed the emotional scenes where Daniel’s character Billy grieved the heartbreaking passing of his husband Paul Foreman.
