Hollyoaks spoilers follow from Friday’s episode on Channel 4 streaming,
which doesn’t air on E4 until Monday.
Tonight’s (June 28) Hollyoaks streaming episode saw
Warren Fox receive a sinister threat after the dramatic shooting.
Warren has been on edge since supplying a batch of dodgy pills that resulted
in the tragic deaths of Lizzie Chen-Williams and Hunter McQueen.
Warren’s shady dealings caught up with him in last night’s (June 27) episode on
the streaming service, with the character being gunned down by an unidentifiable assailant.
Tonight’s episode began with Mercedes calling for help after Warren was shot by the masked man on a motorbike, but he escaped unharmed after wearing a bullet proof vest.

“I’ve racked up a lot of enemies recently, so I took precautions,” he revealed.
Elsewhere, Freddie arrived at the Osborne house to ask if he could stay the night as his boat was flooded, with Darren reluctantly agreeing to let his brother sleep over.
Darren then shared his suspicions about Freddie’s involvement in the shooting, before questioning him about the contents of his overnight bag.
“You hate Warren’s guts and you’ve got previous as a wannabe gangster,” said Darren, to which Freddie assured him he had nothing to do with the attack.

Back at the crime scene, the police located the bullet and began questioning Mercedes about what she saw.
As Warren tried to gather information on his assailant, Mercedes informed him that Grace wasn’t behind the shooting, but shared that he was likely targeted over Fraser’s fortune.
“She’s in jail and I promise you she had nothing to do with this,” she said, with Warren replying: “Then it’s someone close to her.”

Mercedes then explained she saw the nursery Warren made for their daughter, which made her feelings for him come rushing back.
“I was trying to make up for all the pain that I caused,” explained Warren, before revealing: “I have never stopped loving you.”
Warren later found the assailant’s motorbike abandoned in a car park. He answered a mobile phone nearby, with the voice on the other end of the line warning him that his torment isn’t over.

“You might have dodged a bullet today, Warren, but next time you won’t be so lucky,” the caller said, before revealing his boss will be in touch.
Later, Warren revealed to Norma that he knows who’s behind the attack, adding: “But first we need to make sure that cash disappears, and we need to make sure it disappears properly this time.
“And then tomorrow, I’m going to make sure Freddie Roscoe disappears.”
As the police logged the bullet into evidence, it was revealed that Freddie had a gun in his bag. What is he hiding?
