The deep fake porn storyline continues with more trouble ahead

CORONATION Street fans have been left raging over a major blunder.

Recent scenes have seen the return of Stefan Brent (Paul Opacic) who terrorized Kevin (Michael Le Vell) and Abi Webster (Sally Carman).

Abi was previously left devastated after a revenge porn video circulated round Coronation Street.

However, she soon discovered that they were deep fakes and she accused Stefan of being behind them.

This was after his son Corey (Maximus Evans) was sent to prison for murdering her son Seb (Harry Visinoni).

The killer starred in a reform documentary about his football skills in prison which also left her distraught.

After each side tried to blackmail the other, Abi thought her nightmare was over, and went away for a much needed break, before recently returning.

However, Stefan seeks vengeance and in Monday’s episode, he blagged his way into their home to snoop as part of his ongoing plan.

He lied to Kevin’s oblivious son Jack (Kyran Bowes), saying he had a pre-arranged meeting over a car hire.

The teenager then happily let the villain into the house, and even left him alone when he went out to the shops to get more milk from the corner shop.

Viewers were left absolutely fuming as they labelled the youngster ‘stupid’ for letting a complete stranger into his home and then leaving him there.

Taking to X – formerly known as Twitter – one viewer enquired: “Are we supposed to believe that Jack is this stupid?”

A second angrily asked: “Did no one tell Jack not to let strangers in??”

“Jack is so thick #corrie. Who leaves a stranger in the house on their own whilst you nip to the shops for milk ffs,” stated a third soap fan.

As a fourth sarcastically stated: “So Jack lets a strange man into his house & asks no questions & even leaves him alone in there surely he’s not that stupid!”
