In tonight’s EastEnders episode, airing Thursday, July 18th, the events of the week weigh heavily on the Beales as Peter makes a significant decision. Following Jane’s surprise return, the Beale family has had a lot to handle, including Peter’s determination to set things right with Lauren and Louie. Peter struggles to prove he can be a stable part of Lauren’s life, but his efforts don’t go smoothly. After being away from the square for a few days, Peter continues to try to make amends with Lauren and Louie. However, he accidentally offends Lauren before her trial shift at the car lot, causing her to storm off. Peter later heads to the Vic to apologize to Junior over a pint. In the evening, he makes a big decision, apologizing to Lauren once again and expressing his desire to move in with her. Lauren, needing time to think, doesn’t immediately give an answer.

Meanwhile, Bobby is worried about Anna, adding to the Beale family’s concerns. Earlier in the week, Bobby came face to face with his former stepmother Jane, while Anna had a troubling night out with Freddy, Gina, and Felix, which ended with her drink being spiked. Anna admits to a shocked Bobby what happened, and while he is supportive, he accidentally puts his foot in it, causing Anna to leave. Freddy tries to support both of his friends, and, following his advice, Anna opens up to her dad George about the incident.
