In exciting news, Emmerdale star Michael Parr has finally spoken about his much-anticipated return to the series, where he will reprise his role as the infamous Ross Barton. Earlier today, September 17th, fans were given a sneak peek of Ross’s return when the producers released a playful video featuring cast member Bradley Johnson (who plays Vinny Dingle) as he explored the set, trying to reveal the identity of the returning star—while hilariously overlooking several clues about Michael’s return.

In an official statement, Michael expressed his excitement, saying:
“I am thrilled to be back on Emmerdale. Ross is a character I hold in high regard, and I’m eager to dive into what he has been through over the past five years. After reading the scripts, I can’t wait for the audience to see what’s in store. One thing’s for sure: Ross’s return is bound to stir things up!”
