Dr. Liam and Ella are giving their relationship a second chance. But will it work out? Viewers already know that the local doctor discovered Ella Forster’s deadly secret weeks ago. Despite their passionate romance, he immediately ended things. Even when she returned to Dales, he couldn’t stand the sight of her.
Thankfully, Mandy Dingle offered Ella a place to stay. However, Ella discovered she was pregnant, and Liam was shocked to learn the news. Very brutally, he refused to be involved. He even doubted if there was a real baby or if he was the father. Eventually, he agreed to support the child financially.
But later, Ella had a heartbreaking miscarriage. Surprisingly, they decided to talk it out. As time passed, Liam kissed Ella in an attempt to get back together. Meanwhile, Liam was seen struggling with his feelings. Soon after, the receptionist told Liam they could start over from scratch.
Puzzled GP asked if she really wanted to start over, and she confirmed, saying she’d see him later. Liam’s face showed pure ‘disgust.’ Yet, feeling guilty for messing her around, he decided to buy her flowers and tell her what he thought she wanted to hear.
But shockingly, Ella reacted with wrath and started ranting. She demanded that they simply resume their friendship and accused him of being untrue to his love confession. She questioned why he hadn’t simply clarified things with her. The doctor admitted, “I’d messed you around so badly, been so cruel, unforgivably so.”
This prompted the child killer to accuse him of dating her out of guilt. Did he? Well, she isn’t wrong! But can Liam ever feel for her the same way as before? Let us see!
