Helen Flanagan once got stuck in a loo for an hour moments after she took a sexy selfie.

The soap siren, best known for her role as Rosie Webster on Coronation Street, was taking a raunchy snap for her footballer ex Scott Sinclair when the toilet door’s lock broke. The mum-of-three confessed: “I remember being in Scotland and I didn’t have any family around.

“I remember going to the loo to send Scott a sexy picture, because I thought if I lock myself in the toilet, I can send him a nice, sexy picture – the lock broke. So I was locked in the toilet, right?

“I’ve got no family around. Scott was at an away game. Literally, all I had was my phone, and I had to ring my nanny in Scotland.

“It took like an hour for her to come. All I could hear was ‘Mama, mama, mama’ outside the door. I couldn’t get to the kids, I only had Matilda and Delilah then.”

The Coronation Street star said the embarrassing incident happened when ex-fiancé Scott was playing for Celtic. She continued: “I couldn’t get out the door, but I had locked the door so I could take a selfie, you know, a sexy picture to send to Scott and the lock actually broke.

“I know it is quite funny though. It took like an hour and a half, and all the kids are like, ‘Mummy, get out of the toilet.’ I’m like, ‘Sorry, I’m locked in.’”

A red-faced Helen admitted she couldn’t tell her nanny the real reason why she was stuck in the bathroom. She added: “Obviously, I didn’t tell her why. I just said, ‘Oh, I popped to the loo, and you know, the lock broke.’”

Helen also told Charlotte Dawson on her new podcast Naughty Corner that she juggles being a mum with taking sexy snaps for her modelling work. She added: “I remember, when I was younger, we’d go to museums and do crafts and I’d go to church and things.

“But my children, I mean, sometimes Matilda has to have the iPad and eat popcorn while I’m doing my Ann Summers Halloween content, you know? So it’s like, ‘Matilda, just sit on the bed. Mummy’s just got to finish up.’

“And I’m in this policewoman outfit. And Matilda’s like, ‘Mummy, you look so sassy!’ Yeah, they’ve seen a lot.

“It was really funny though, Charlotte, because the kids were like running around the house with the handcuffs and then Charlie wouldn’t get this police hat off that said something like ‘seduct’ or something.”
