When Diane arrived at Carly’s house, Carly urgently begged her to keep her out

of jail in Sonny’s absence. Carly revealed her recent meeting with the

Five Families and the suspicion that someone had been wearing a wire. She explained that Jason had turned informant for the FBI because of the recording from that encounter. Carly wanted to call the FBI’s bluff, believing they often don’t follow through on agreements, but she needed to know her chances of being found not guilty first. Diane reasoned that the FBI would need to provide the actual audio file, but Carly assumed this wouldn’t be too difficult. Diane believed the FBI could build a strong case against Carly, estimating her chances of getting off at 30%. Since Carly had avoided jail so far, Diane suggested letting Jason continue his current actions as a precaution. Carly asked Diane to start working on a defense, and Diane agreed before leaving.

Meanwhile, at Josslyn’s apartment, she was packing away cleaning supplies when she heard a knock. It was Dex, who offered to help with anything she needed and had brought dinner. Over dinner, Dex talked about his de-escalation course at the police academy and their mutual learning experiences. They both agreed that sometimes it was better to step back, but Dex admired Josslyn’s tenacity. Dex mentioned considering moving Josslyn from her dorm to his apartment, and Josslyn admitted she had thought about it too. Although unsure how to move past their recent tragedy, Josslyn was glad Dex hadn’t gone too far in taking a life. Dex had to leave early the next morning but promised to see her again soon.

At the garage, Danny was thrilled to be working on Jason’s motorcycle, finding it more enjoyable than going to the gym. Jason stressed the importance of knowing how to maintain vehicles and shared his story about his injury and memory loss. Danny asked when Jason would teach him to ride after the motorcycle was finished, but Jason said Sam would need to approve first. Danny believed they could achieve many things together. When Sam arrived home, she and Dante discovered all three children had left the house. Sam explained to Dante that Jason had stayed away because of the FBI recording, and Dante warned her that she could be considered an accessory. Sam knew he was right and sent Spinelli a message to hold off on any action regarding the video.

At the Quartermaine estate, Chase and Brook Lynn watched as Violet ran into Finn’s arms. Finn had to explain to Violet that she would be spending more time with her uncle because he needed to go to a special hospital for help quitting drinking. Violet wanted to help him stay, but Finn assured her he would heal and return to be the father she deserved. After a final hug and kiss, Finn left with Chase. Brook Lynn tried to comfort Violet, reassuring her about Finn’s hospital. Brook Lynn reminded Violet of all the activities at the mansion, praising her bravery. Violet expressed her gratitude for Brook Lynn being part of her family.

At the rehab center, Finn thanked Chase for letting him say goodbye to Violet. He felt remorseful for his actions and words towards Elizabeth, Brook Lynn, and especially Violet. Chase assured Finn that he would take good care of Violet. As Finn hesitated at the front door, Chase watched tearfully. After calming down, Chase drove off. At the mansion, Tracy emphasized the need for stability and consistency for Violet. Brook Lynn took a moment to reflect on a picture of Edward and Lila, feeling grateful but needing to speak with Chase. Tracy admired Brook Lynn’s resilience, and they shared a heartfelt moment.

Chase soon returned and informed Tracy and Brook Lynn about Finn’s desire for treatment and his farewell to Violet. Brook Lynn and Tracy were surprised but supportive. They met Finn, who was hesitant but grateful for the opportunity to say goodbye. Violet was ready to see Finn, and they shared a tearful hug. Tracy acknowledged that Chase had come up with the idea for Violet’s benefit, which was all that mattered. Finn assured Violet that he would heal and return soon. Brook Lynn and Tracy watched as Violet bravely faced the situation.
