DS Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) is determined to get to the bottom of
Lauren Bolton’s (Cait Fitton) disappearance in Coronation Street – even if it
means hauling every Weatherfield resident down to the station.
In a new spoiler video, Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) is in the hot seat,
and things are not looking good for her…
Several weeks ago, sick paedophile Nathan Curtis (Chris Harper) returned to the cobbles,
much to the horror of victim Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon).
After some investigation of her own, Bethany grew certain that Nathan was behind Lauren’s disappearance, and mum Sarah worried that her obsession with getting justice was set to consume her.
Unwilling to let Nathan ruin Bethany’s life any more, Sarah and the rest of the family decided that something had to be done.
In shocking scenes, Gary Windass (Mikey North) attacked Nathan, leaving him hospitalised. In a bid to keep him quiet, Sarah paid Nathan £10,000 to change his statement and leave Weatherfield for good.
However, when he pocketed the money and refused to go anywhere, Sarah took drastic action by planting one of Lauren’s hairs in his van, quickly resulting in his arrest.

Unfortunately for Sarah, DS Swain has caught wind of the money exchange, and she has a lot of questions.
During a tense interview, Lisa asks Sarah about the money, and it is clear Sarah is taken aback by the sudden change in direction her interrogation has taken.
As Lisa reveals that Nathan confessed that Sarah had given him the money, Sarah argues her innocence, insisting that he is lying and she knows nothing about it.
With Lisa determined to get to the truth, will Sarah end up crumbling under the pressure?
